Bill Hanly (MIPAV BBS) is Managing Director and after many years in the financial and banking world he set up Hanly Donnellan Financial Services in 1993 to cater for the growing demand for property both in the commercial and private field. He has gained many years of experience in the auctioneering and financial services area and the company has gone from strength to strength. Bill has an enviable reputation for attracting and offering for sale a large amount of properties in the Limerick area and its environs. He is a bonded member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (ipav).
Siobhan Cusack MIPAV joined Hanly Donnellan when the company was first in established in 1993. She has attained many years’ experience in the property market to include Sales, Letting and Management Services. She manages a large portfolio of rental properties for clients in a very efficient and professional manner. She is also a member of the Institute of Professional Valuers and Auctioneers.
Joanne Byrne is the office manager for Hanly Donnellan where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Since joining the company in 1997 her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business to include customer service, administration, accounts payable and receivable, property management, parking management, website maintenance etc.
Amy Rochford joined Hanly Donnellan in 2022 as office administrator. Her role in reception includes running a busy office on a day-to-day basis and all administration duties. Amy is also a trainee Auctioneer and is currently completing her QQI Level 5 Minor Award in Estate Agency Practice.
