Bill Hanly established Hanly Donnellan in 1993, following a career in financial services. As Managing Director, he brings extensive experience in auctioneering and property, with an in-depth knowledge of the Limerick property market. His professional approach, strong industry relationships and proven track record across residential, commercial and investment properties have been central to the company’s success. Bill holds a BBS qualification and is a MIPAV member.

Siobhan Cusack
Siobhan Cusack MIPAV joined Hanly Donnellan when the company was first established in 1993. She has attained many years’ experience in the property market to include Sales, Letting and Management Services. She manages a large portfolio of rental properties for clients in a very efficient and professional manner. She is also a member of the Institute of Professional Valuers and Auctioneers.

Joanne Byrne is the office manager for Hanly Donnellan where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Since joining the company in 1997 her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business to include customer service, administration, accounts payable and receivable, property management, parking management, website maintenance etc.
